POLICIES AT DCW GEM AND JEWELRY

At DCW GEM AND JEWELRY, our customers come first.  
If you aren’t happy with your purchase please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. You can return it within 7 days of receipt for a full exchange or refund.  All the jewelry items, the return is only valid if the original tag is still on.  Items that did not meet the minimum free shipping policy, we will refund the amount with the original cost of shipping deducted.
Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning your item.
* If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately.  Please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damages items as it will be required for us to file a claim. 
If a returned item arrives to us damaged or without the tag, no refund will be issued.  Please package the item using the same care and amount of protective padding that it had when it left us. YOU MUST INSURE YOUR RETURN, especially for high end orders, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items that you are shipping back.
All approved return is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
